Well dear readers, I am always on the look out for another delicious recipe to try and this one was a hit as an icing for my cupcakes and even better it was also a hit with the wee ones as a dip for their fruit slices! YAY for children eating fruit! 😀Â
Chocolate Hummus:
Ingredients:
1 can (14oz) of Chickpeas (drained)
1 cup of cocoa powderÂ
1/3 cup of honey
1/4 cup of coconut milk powder
Instructions:
1) Blend chickpeas in a blender or food processor until smooth (or as close to as you can get)Â
2) Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again until thoroughly mixed.
3) Refrigerate until needed
